I didn't get to do all the drills with you that I would have liked, so I've included a list of drills I regularly practice. Take care!

| After Yoga, drill:
100 hip ups
100 hip downs
30 chest lifts
30 chest slides in each direction
30 chest circles in each directions
50 rolls down
30 locks (the ones from the workshop: down, up roll, around (umi), up)
50 rolls up
30 umi (hip circles) in each direction
30 Maya
30 Taxim
time: 1 hour 15 minutes, or so

Basic Egyptian with 1/2 turn
Arabic 2 with Arabic Hip Twist
Choo Choo Arc
Rubber Band Turn
CHORUS:
Back walk figure 8 4x, starting on R hip,
Hip front, front, side side,
Bump around to front, WHACK! arms @ sides
Hips RLR, LRL
Bump around to front, arms up, repeat once
REFRAIN:
Umi to floor for 8
Maya back up for 8
B:
Crazy turn 4x
Over-shimmy or Maya forward, 4 arms out, 4 arms come down
Locks (down, up roll, umi, roll up, repeat)

Slow Suhaila Move 2x
Fast Suhaila Move 4x
Arabic slow turn two counts of 8
Arabic in place, hands in prayer
